OWA Capital Campaign

About OWA Capital Campaign

We are going beyond meeting basic needs and focusing on bridging the gap that prevents youths from fully developing into young servant leaders who effect positive change. Giving Nigerian youth the gift of choice through holistic programming will empower them to live a purposeful life and be Godly stewards of their time, talents, and treasures.

The goal of the OWA Capital Campaign is to raise 2.5 million dollars to complete the Opportunity, Wellness, and Advancement Center (OWA) in Benin City, Nigeria. The OWA Center will be home to athletic programming, staff offices, SMART Hub, entrepreneurship hub, wellness department, and flex areas in an effort to further career development and workforce readiness opportunities for our kids while fostering holistic growth.

“Owa” in the Bini language means "home." Bini is a local language in Benin City, spoken by many of our children and youth. As we planned for this next phase of A2S, our staff in Nigeria were passionate about naming this building "home." The OWA Center will officially bring all of our A2S programs to one central location.
