About Grateful Shoe Drive

Dear friends,

My name is Happy Arune, and I am from Benin City, Nigeria. I am currently a rising junior at Gaston Christain High School. I came through an organization called Access 2 Success, whose mission is to empower youth and their communities to achieve positive change through educational and athletic programs in Nigeria. 

I am passionate about creating meaningful change in the world and empowering the next generation. That's why I've launched a fundraising campaign for my new project called Grateful Shoes. The goal of Grateful Shoes is to raise funds to support a summer camp in Nigeria for kids just like me. Growing up, I was fortunate enough to attend a summer camp that helped shape who I am today. Unfortunately, not all kids have access to such opportunities, especially in underprivileged communities.

With your support, we can give these kids a chance to experience the joy and growth that comes with attending a summer camp. Your donations will go towards shipping donated shoes, providing healthy meals, and engaging activities that will help them learn new skills, build confidence, and make lasting friendships.
